Cool rooftop bar with nice views. Room felt cramped and lacked basic amenities like a refrigerator. Noisy streets made it hard to sleep.

Location is top-notch, close to attractions and restaurants. Rooms are very small; I struggled to move with my luggage. The rooftop bar has great views but was crowded during the evening. Friendly staff made check-in smooth, though. No fridge in the room, which was inconvenient.

The location is a dream; you're just a hop away from all the must-see spots. The staff is super friendly and really knows how to make you feel welcome.
The rooms are on the smaller side, so pack light!

Yotel Boston offers an unbeatable location near the Waterfront and vibrant dining experiences. The rooftop restaurant serves delicious crab cakes with stunning city views, and breakfast is generous and flavorful. The rooms, while compact, are clean and equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.

The staff was like a breath of fresh air, always smiling and ready to help. The room was clean and cozy, with plenty of space to enjoy some quiet time together.
It wasn’t the cheapest option around, but it definitely delivered on comfort and service.

I loved how this place is just a few steps from the airport bus terminal and right next to the subway making it super easy to explore Boston with iconic spots like the Boston Children's Museum just a short stroll away and the Institute of Contemporary Art not much further that I could reach in about 5 minutes while being surrounded by great restaurants like Shake Shack and Ben & Jerry's all within a quick walk but the room could have been a bit more spacious for the price I paid.

This place is super modern with clever space-saving designs. Loved the LED lights by the flat-screen TV and the cool reclining bed. The corner room on the 8th floor had amazing views. Great location near bars and restaurants. Super clean with comfy amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a fitness centre.

comfortable room, comfortable bed with a nice ambiance lighting and the option to elevate the head for added support.
Zero issues.

The room was so cramped, I couldn't even walk around comfortably. The shower leaked everywhere, and I had to keep mopping it up. It felt ridiculous for the price we paid, and the loud AC kept me up all night.

Great location with stunning views and a lively atmosphere, but the experience fell short. The room was chic and functional, but small, and I was surprised the window in the bathroom compromised my privacy. Staff was friendly, yet check-in took longer than expected, and the lack of room service was disappointing. The shampoo choices were questionable—two bottles smelled off, which was unpleasant. Accessibility to the roof bar caused elevator congestion after hours, making it hard to get back to my room. Perfect for a quick city trip, but improvements in service would make a real difference.

The room was compact yet surprisingly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy—one of the best I've slept on recently. Temperature control was efficient, ensuring a pleasant environment. I appreciated the unique features like the convertible bed and towel warmer. the bathroom door was tricky and wouldn't stay closed, which could be awkward for families. Cleanliness was mostly there, though I noticed some leftover items from previous guests. The staff were friendly, especially the housekeeping team, but communication could be challenging at times, particularly with urgent issues. a good space with some quirks.

The location was perfect with easy access to public transport and vibrant nightlife. The hotel had a super cool aesthetic and was spotless! The staff, including the little robot, were beyond helpful and friendly, making my stay so enjoyable.
Can't recommend highly enough! 😊❤️

Compact room, great location. Wi-Fi issue and no music streaming options.

Decent location. Clean room, but overpriced for the size. The bed was impressive, with the ability to recline and save space. Unfortunately, staff professionalism fell short. The front desk could use serious training in hospitality. Amidst this, the security gentleman stood out, showcasing genuine dedication. Navigating the T was straightforward, and the staff returned my daughter's forgotten glasses. communication issues on check-in were frustrating. Limited restaurant options at steep prices added to the disappointment. Better management could elevate the experience, but improvements are essential across the board to match guest expectations.

Chillin' at the rooftop bar on the 12th floor was next level with epic views of Boston's skyline. Deck 12 was off the hook with mad fun events that got us pumped for the night. The location was prime for young party-goers!

Cool vibe, small but comfy rooms, great bathroom, convenient location, technology-driven, rooftop.
Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, super close to bars, restaurants, and even a brewery next door. I loved how convenient it was to have everything within walking distance. there were a few things that could use some improvement. the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit of a nightmare. It kept switching on and off all night, which ended up waking me up multiple times. The clunky noise was pretty disruptive to my sleep. On the bright side, the room was modern and had some cool space-saving features like the LED lights around the TV and the reclining bed. I also appreciated the option for early/late checkout, which was very convenient for my schedule. It was a bit disappointing that there was no coffee or refrigerator in the room. As a business traveler staying for a week, not having those amenities was quite inconvenient. the rooftop bar area was smaller than I expected. Yotel was a mixed bag for me. While the sleek design and location were great, the issues with the air conditioning and lack of basic amenities were notable drawbacks. If you're a solo traveler looking for a fuss-free stay, it might still be a decent option, but just be prepared for a few hiccups along the way.

we stayed at the YOTEL. convenient location with easy access to plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. Valet parking was unlimited and included in the stay. the room with a double under twin bunk bed was just enough space for a visit. the hotel itself was very modern, and the lobby area had a cool setup.

Enjoyed feeling like a VIP in the heart of the happening Seaport district. The rooftop views were to die for, and the Club Lounge made me feel all fancy and sophisticated.
Couldn't quite grasp the charm of hearing every bathroom sound through those oh-so-private glass doors.

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodating staff at Yotel, who quickly provided a second room when our family suite was too small for four. The central location and comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. The rooftop bar offers magical views. The compact room had a modern and efficient layout. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our family had an unforgettable experience at the rooftop space on the 12th floor, dubbed Deck 12. The indoor and outdoor seating options provided stunning views of Boston's skyline, making our time there truly magical.
My children wanted a designated play area for kids.

Great check-in service, fast and efficient. The room size was just right, and the price was very reasonable compared to other options. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining and entertainment choices within walking distance.
The rooms were too small, making it uncomfortable, especially with limited storage space. The pricing for food onsite was exorbitant, with small portions that didn't justify the cost.

The Yotel Boston felt like a glimpse into the future with its clever cabin design and mood lighting. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Boston, and the nearby Silverline station provided easy access to the airport. The memory foam beds were heavenly, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.
I only wish that the TV had the ability to stream, as I found myself wanting to watch more shows during my stay.
